Ladies, love does not happen overnight. Love gets no respect. Men will say all day long I love you, but ladies no man can skip loving himself to love you. In other words, he has to love himself first in order to love you. Love gets no respect. If a man says he loves you right after you meet, he is in lust with you.
Now I know some of you would say it was love at first sight, but how can you love someone you don’t even know therefore it must be lust at first sight. Don’t get me wrong sexual attraction is great in its proper place. However, most of the time lust happens overnight, when the lust is right sometimes it’s only for one night. Of course, people can have instant chemistry and that’s great, but how you view yourself is the value a man will put on you.
Love gets no respect. Ladies, here is another fact, a good man always wants a woman who know who she is and what she wants. If you don’t know how great you are as a woman, don’t expect the man to know it. A good man likes to see a reflection of himself in his woman.
A good man likes to see a reflection of himself in his woman. A good man does not want a woman who competes with him; he wants a woman to be a team player. I am telling you how to get your love some respect. Ladies, if you truly want the best things in life then you have to bring forth the best you.
Stop giving men your love without them being qualified to receive it. That’s like giving a sixteen year old the keys to your brand new Rolls Royce and saying have at it. You already know what’s going to happen? For example, don’t expect a man to become responsible just because you have a child with him. If he was irresponsible before the child more than likely he is going to be irresponsible after the child. Stop rolling the dice with your fabulous life. The greatest thing a man can give you is himself unconditional.
Ladies, if you want your love to get some respect then respect your own love first.
Dear Dr. Sam,
Can a man be in love with two women? (Tonya, 38)
A man can love two women for different reasons. Even with that being said there is still going to be one woman he is in love with that beats out the rest. There is only one queen for one king.
Dear Dr. Sam,
How do I get my husband to learn me better? (Janice, 31)
Teach him. If you have a great and open man show him what you like, help him understand how you feel and tell him where you want to go. If your man loves you he will be open and wanting to make you happy.
